We place great importance on on-the-job training and, following our “Training Management Procedure,” offer tailored training programs based on different job functions. We also cultivate internal instructors to pass down essential knowledge and skills.
Training programs include onboarding for new hires, professional technical training, general education, management and leadership training, and occupational safety and health education, providing employees with comprehensive professional development and personal growth opportunities.
Based on organizational development needs, individual career aspirations and requirements, performance evaluations, and competency assessments, the company integrates internal and external resources to plan and implement talent development projects.
