Further Education、On-the-Job Training (OJT)

Employee development is a fundamental factor that supports the company’s continuous growth. We place great importance on on-the-job training and, following our “Training Management Procedure,” offer tailored training programs based on different job functions. We also cultivate internal instructors to pass down essential knowledge and skills.
Training programs include onboarding for new hires, professional technical training, general education, management and leadership training, and occupational safety and health education, providing employees with comprehensive professional development and personal growth opportunities.
Based on organizational development needs, individual career aspirations and requirements, performance evaluations, and competency assessments, the company integrates internal and external resources to plan and implement talent development projects. These efforts are aligned with job rotation or role enrichment, helping employees grow and laying a solid foundation for business continuity and succession.

Labor-Management Agreement / Protection of Employee Rights

To protect the rights and interests of both labor and management, the company is committed to strengthening harmonious labor relations and actively engaging in two-way communication and coordination to resolve issues. As a result, there have been no significant unresolved labor disputes to date.

Occupational Safety and Health

The company provides employees with a safe and comfortable working environment, along with the necessary protective equipment to ensure their safety and health. Safety work guidelines are established to prevent workplace accidents, and supervisors and management units regularly inspect the work environment.
In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the company implements safety and health practices to prevent occupational hazards and ensure the well-being of all employees. Required safety and health education, disaster prevention training, and regular health checkups are also provided.
The company’s safety and health guidelines have been submitted to and approved by the Northern Labor Inspection Office of the Council of Labor Affairs. We believe that only healthy and happy employees can contribute to sustainable growth. Operators of hazardous machinery (e.g., cranes), personnel handling hazardous substances, and workers in other special operations must complete certified training from government-approved institutions.
